My Love For Fishing...continued

I remember after giving me my rod, my family went to a place called Eden Mill. This was a small local dam created to work a small mill. The water on the backside was deep and held bluegills, sunnies and litle brook trout. I used a bobber with a worm as thats how dad had set me up. It was amazing! I thought the little creatures I caught were beautiful! I believe now the adventure I get in fishing is that the surface of the water is actually the very edge of a different world. One where, to those fish, its the edge to our world. Catching fish you can't necessarily see physically is an adventure because you never know what is on the other end of the line! Oh the suspense...waiting for all your lack of sleep, time, patience, and efforts to pay off. Just waiting for a strike, when suddenly...it happens!
